An ultra-light, mountain cross-country glider, ideal for hike & fly, with an exceptional balance between performance and lightness. A new generation 3-liner that combines the best of the 2 and 3-liners in a single model. The launch is super intuitive, the glider is stable and fast, with the typical Artik manoeuvrability. Once folded it is very compact, perfect for transporting with all your gear in the Expe Race 60 or Expe 80 rucksack.

Artik 7 P technical specifications :

• Stable and high performing : Sports performance combined with excellent comfort and passive safety, thanks to high roll and pitch stability. Performance and safety are the two strong points of this new glider.
• Super-light and compact : At only 3.07 kg, the Artik 7 P is very compact, with a robust and ultra-light internal structure, derived from the Klimber P. Different materials have been used, carefully selected for their lightweight properties, while maintaining strength and durability. The top surface is made of Dokdo 32 and 25 g, the lower surface of Dokdo 25 g and the ribs combine Dokdo 32 g and Skytex 27 g.
• Optimised manoeuvrability : handling is precise, direct and intuitive. It is a very easy to fly and instinctive glider, with the characteristic manoeuvrability of Niviuk wings. It reaches high speeds and climbs rapidly in thermals.
• Take off in just a few steps : The Artik 7 P is an incredibly easy to launch all-terrain glider. Progressive inflation is maintained in all wind conditions. The glider lifts and take your weight rapidly - you will be in the air with very few steps, crucial for mountain take-offs.

Niviuk Technologies : 

• Optimised C2B system : The new riser-integrated C2B system allows this 3-liner to be flown as if it were a 2-liner.  Thus, the angle of attack can be fully controlled over the entire speed range without deforming the aerofoil.
• Improved DRS integration : The mini-ribs are integrated directly into the trailing edge, with special slots to incorporate them into the seam. This results in a cleaner profile, eliminating external seams and protecting them from wear and tear when in contact with the ground.
• IKS 1000 connection system : The Artik 7 P is supplied with the IKS 1000 as standard. This is a lightweight means to connect the risers to the lines. This attachment system supports up to 1,055 kg, far exceeding the 550 kg of the classic 3 mm carabiner and is 10 grams lighter. This reduces the overall weight of the equipment while ensuring safety and durability.
• TNT redistribution : The distribution of the Nitinol rods on the leading edge and top surface has been simplified. This ensures the lightness of the wing, while maintaining its durability and compactness when packed.
• Perfected aerodynamic profile : The profile of the Artik 7 P, based on the design of the Klimber P racing wing, offers more stability and performance than the Artik 6. To date, it is the most optimal result of our computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation research on our 2/3-liner EN C gliders.
• Super-light internal structure : A complex system of reinforcements in the internal structure, similar to that of the Klimber P, allows for maximum strength with as little material as possible. The RSD technology improves load distribution on the diagonals and reduces the risk of deformation over time. The layout of the anchor points ensures efficient force transmission across the wing, enhancing its overall solidity.
• Impeccable finish : Precision workmanship achieves a much cleaner finish to avoid creases, wrinkles and minimise aerodynamic drag on the profile.
