Freedom Parapente and Meetch offer you the opportunity to take out cancellation insurance. This will enable you to deal with unforeseen events or situations and receive a full refund on presentation of proof (excluding booking fees).
If you take out Meetch insurance, you will be refunded 100% of the cost of your course (excluding insurance and subject to acceptance of your application).
- Cancellation for medical reasons
- Refusal, cancellation or change in the date of your paid leave by your employer
- Redundancy
- An accident or breakdown of your means of transport
- Your compulsory, unforeseeable and non-referrable summons
3% of the price of your course
- You must first inform Freedom parapente by telephone or e-mail.
- Then contact Meetch within 5 days of your cancellation to request a refund.

Remember to look up your contract number when you call.
When you first call, you will be given an insurance file number. Always quote this number when dealing with the Insurance Department.
